DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

SELL BACK TO US - TRADE IN OPTION

While we do not offer returns, we provide an alternative option through our Sell to Us service.

If you no longer want an item purchased from us, you may be eligible to:

  • Sell the item back to us via our 'sell to us' service
  • Receive a trade price based on current market demand and condition

This service is entirely optional and subject to approval. Trade prices are not guaranteed and may differ from the original purchase price.

Lost Or Missing Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail.

STR8S0URCE is not liable for lost or missing parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact our customer support and we’ll help you resolve the issue directly with Royal Mail.
