Please allow 2–5 days for processing before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery will take 3–5 working days.

International

Please allow 2–5 days for processing before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery will take approximately 5–7 working daysdepending on the destination.

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customers are responsible for paying any local import duties or taxes upon delivery. By placing an international order, you confirm that you understand and accept this responsibility.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS 

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail.

STR8S0URCE is not liable for lost or missing parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact our customer support and we’ll help you resolve the issue directly with Royal Mail.
